Startup Weekend Auckland
Since early 2015 I have been part of the org team at Startup Weekend Auckland. I work with a crew of 6-8 awesome people to deliver two kickass events each year. As a non-profit organisation we are boots on the ground, our team manages everything from beginnning to end of the process including marketing and comms, finding sponsors, organising food, venue, wifi and putting on a fun and challenging weekend.
My role as Marketing and Comms lead is to manage the communications and messaging going out to our audience, broadening the audience and ensuring a cohesive design that aligns with the global Startup Weekend brand but also has a pinch of Auckland flavour.
